1. Give Brady co OC title now
2. We will actually score points on Bama this year
3. Burrow should be in Heisman talks and it should encourage QB recruits to come here
4. Relax about aranda. It was almost 100 degrees and it was our first 4 quarter game. Our players were tired. It will get better as the year goes
5. Our WR's are amazing. Best trio we've ever had
6. What happened to stable of RBs?

Also, work on the 1 on 1 tackles. Texas did much better than us tackling. Extra yards killed us.
And quit playing soft coverage on 3rd and long

Davis and emery have to get involved with the rushing game. Fournette falls down and elaire is ok but we don’t have a guy that can hit the hole without them involved.

1. Whatever they are doing now...leave it.
2. Yup. Bama defense is not nearly as good this year. Our offense is better
3. Sadly he won’t be. National media decides thy group early.
4. Yup. As long as we don’t have long term injuries we will be fine. Mostly this was failed game plan, fatigue, and not trusting a load of freshmen on the road.
5. Yup
6. It is painfully obvious what happened. The freshman RBs aren’t ready to pass block against a high level team yet. They will be...just not yet.

He already is. They said he is a Heisman candiate on SECNow after the game and I saw a list on ESPN this morning of the top 5 after week 2 and Burrow was at 3, ahead of Trevor Lawrence. If he keeps up this level of play he will absolutely be in the running.

Yup. Not ready to rank them over Doucet, Bowe, and the third one in that trio.

Coaches decided Not to give IV fluids at halftime. Given the heat, I wonder what was the reason for that decision.

I agree with you. They can get open every play! Moss isn’t too shabby. He’s a 4th guy on the field with those 3 that gets open just about every play.

I disagree with you here. They are certainly good and the sky isn’t falling, but I left very unimpressed by the defense.

-The defensive line had little to no ability to get pressure on the quarterback.
-Jacob Phillips over rushes every blitz. A simple side step by the quarterback, and his blitz has been neutralized.
-The secondary, especially the safeties, looked lost and confused. These Texas receivers were WIDE OPEN.
-Stingley played great. Fulton on the other hand...ehhh...I think he may be overrated.
-Delpit was largely neutralized and isn’t as physical as I expected.
-Props to the Texas offensive line/tackle because, except for that one sack in the second quarter, they shut Chaisson done entirely.
-Our tackling was pathetic.

What concerns me the most is that I think Texas, offensively and defensively, was the stronger, more physical team.

I think Aranda came into the game thinking LSU would be able to get pressure with only four. He was wrong and LSU didn’t blitz a lot. I think moving forward you will see a lot more blitzing.

I will say my one petty knock is the fricking fair catches on kickoffs. I mean come on, let’s try and get something going in the return game. I hope that doesn’t translate to other games this season. We need to be aggressive on all fronts.

ETA I’m talking about the opposing team kicking to us. Clyde fair catched 3 on his own 10.
