My opinion - this team doesn't seem to have any player leadership

I think this is the biggest difference between Kelly's 2022 team and the 2024 team.
Look at the players who are causing issues, most (with the exception of Womack) aren't young guys.
You have Lacy, a senior, seemingly yelling at Kelly. Hilton, a junior, is supposedly uncoachable. Ryan, a senior, was suspended for the first quarter of the Florida game, along with Swinson, another senior. You may also recall that Ryan attempted to transfer last offseason.
If you recall the USC game, both Lacy and Burns, another senior, committed ridiculous penalties. Both have the tendency to celebrate very hard on the field after making routine plays.
Campbell, a junior, is supposedly the leader of the offensive line. He talks a lot of shite in press conferences, only to play average on the field.
Swinson, Ryan, Lacy, Burns, and Campbell were also some of the "SWAT leaders" during the offseason.
I don't really feel like Nuss is "that guy" yet.
A couple of guys you should be able to depend on are Guillory and Perkins but they're out for the year and have been for awhile thus I'm sure they aren't as "dialed in" as you'd probably like.
Whit Weeks will probably get there but is too young and inexperienced right now.
I don't view Mason Taylor as a very vocal guy, could be wrong there.
All of those guys were also SWAT leaders.
This is a lot of rambling and is just an opinion but it seems like the team is really lacking in leadership, this is something the coaching staff really has to work to correct this offseason.

What about leadership from the coaches? Specifically the head coach.
The players learn, good or bad, traits from the HC. As of late, it isn't a good look.
No one realistically is saying or expecting Kelly to produce some great player after 10 games but the reality is that the players look to the HC for guidance.

It’s definitely not a good look for Lacy to be pumping up the A&M and Florida crowds all game for him to have 8 catches combined

They look like they don't want to play for BK. Is BK the new Bud Kilmer?

This is the glaring issue. You mix a lack of leadership with a lack of talent in certain areas and these are the results. It's actually credit to the coaching staff for getting W's against Ole Miss and @SC.

Has there been any players only meetings? I don't remember hearing of any

It's very possible it's Kelly's fault, but I think if you look at 2022 and 2023 then those teams had player leadership, many of his other teams have too.
There's really no way to know without being in the building.

Sage Ryan is not a leader. People in the locker room do not care for him.
I really hope the experiment with him is over. I hate shitting on players but he legit looks like he gives up on plays and doesn't give the full effort.
