I wholeheartedly agree H-Town ..... it doesn't help LSU it just improves the other SEC team's recruiting and fund raising.....I am only interested in LSU's success.

A true LSU fan doesn't own anything burnt orange and would never wear a Texas shirt. Period. I've lived amongst Big12 fans since '99 and they are much better neighbors than the PAC10 family around the corner. As far as football goes, they are both the weaker conferences this year. I wish Texas all the best..NOT!!! Bleeding purple and gold till I die!

I 'm in DFW and there are a lot of Horns fans here. They have been nothing but complimentary to LSU. I don't understand all the hate for Texas.
I will be a Horns fan for the BCSNCG if they make it...and I will be sick if I hear any SEC chant after LSU's bowl game beatdown.
Here's to all the SEC except for LSU getting blown out in bowls this season(and another top 5 finish for the Bayou Bengals)
Screw the rest of the SEC!!!

Damn, I don't have a want to root for any of these teams, but...
It's really difficult to win 3 in a row, esp. next yr. w/Tebow gone--and who knows, maybe Meyer to N. Dame--so I'd probably prefer them winning the freaking thing (keep it in the SEC, but not in our division).
Plus, if LSU goes 4-0 (w/another solid bowl win) to close out the season 11-2 with our 2 losses coming to a pair of teams w/a combined record as high as 27-1, that would give us a good boost for 2010.

Many Texicans I see are already obnoxious 24/7/365 with all that "Bigger & better in Texas" BS.
