Whole thing sucks for the kid, the public lawsuit is understandable, but so is the backlash. The sue happy culture of today is always going to be focused on trying to make someone pay for misfortune. When accidents happen, people sue literally anyone they can think of and just hope it sticks.

let's assume that all of this is true, what does it matter? LSU athletics had it's full marketing and media departments behind the brooks family until they filed suit.

I met M strayham in Mothers before an LSU National Championship game, was in front of me in line and I said hey you're MS and I touched his shoulder You would have thought I called him a name! Everything LSU did was to help raise funds & support for Greg Brooks. Clearly that is what they want from the interview & the lawsuit

It's infuriating if the surgeon fricked up bad and left Brooks like this. So sad to see the state that he's in. I hope and pray he can recover to live a more normal life.
