They need to make sure sales don't stop until END of 3rd.

Should be enough time to avoid most liability and reduce insurance and still keep some fans in the stands.

Also, obviously the longer they sell beer the more money they make.

They need to use the money to directly improve concourses, bathrooms, and concessions. For frick sake they are all so outdated.

And finally, they need to let people leave at half and come back in with ticket stubs.

$8/beer at OSU... it would only take half of Tiger Stadium to buy ONE beer during ONE game to make what OSU has already made all year... we would OBLITERATE that $412K.

Yeah, we'd make like 500K a game.

Multiplied times 7 home games? That's some serious change

Unless they're delivering to the seats, I'm gonna stick with my whiskey.

Not going to keep getting up throughout the game to get alcohol.

This^^

Plus, serving beer in the stadium will make tailgating / the game experience worse. People won't benge as hard knowing they can drink later (makes for a lackluster opening kickoff) and will be getting up to take a wiz so often that they'll miss everything.

Despite the research proving it actually curbs binge drinking in stadiums and generates massive revenue, what other reasons are you seeing wrong with it?

Don't think there is a specific rule against it. Just that the SEC frowns upon it.

There is already talk if a beer garden being built with the concourse renovations that will be taking place. So they are laying the ground work
