Florida State suffered from three costly turnovers but Milton’s timely passes and running sparked a comeback to tie the game. The Seminoles ran for 264 yards and averaged 5.5 yards per carry.
LSU has a new coaching staff, new schemes etc., first game jitters, etc. might work in our favor. FSU has talent, just not at the level where we put so many into the NFL a few years ago. Having already played a game does work in FSU's favor. Seasoned QB that's accurate and elusive. Good running backs. We have a chance, but my guess LSU's size upfront will stuff a lot of that. The battle along our offensive line. Improved from next year, but is it going to be enough? We'll see!

Yikes, this is pretty much spot on too. if we can’t get pressure on their QB all day we are in trouble for the year
oline was by far the worst group on the offense and the team. They looked slow and very soft. #76 started at center and was getting pushed around by guys half his size. #75 switched to center on third series and played a bit better. They got very little push rushing the ball in the first half and RBs had to bounce outside or juke defenders at the LOS more times than not in the first half. Pass protection was average but really hard to tell with Duquense pitiful slow pass rush.
