With 4 games left he can only play in 2 more and preserve his RS. The season is lost so there's no point in burning it now. Playing 1 drive vs A&M seems like a waste. Another terrible mistake by BK that's being overlooked

Preserving redshirts is an old school mentality that needs to be scrapped anyway. Kids aren't staying with one school to develop anymore. They're either hitting the portal when a better offer comes, or are good enough to get drafted. You play to win the season you're in, not some hypothetical season years down the line.

Yep. Next season's starting QB isn't on the roster. MVB will transfer for an opportunity to play.
