Nah, you gotta rally with the senior leaders and have all buy in. Hard to gage Nuss's overall performance under a stifled OC.
I think Nuss isn't good. Lacks a lot, but that doesnt mean VB is ready for a full start.
But I'd absolutely give VB a series or 2 per half

Hard to judge vs a prevent defense
Again, if you watched the game, Herbert was consistent in his analysis that A&M was playing lights out even late in the game on every single snap they were getting after it. This wasn't some usual garbage time snaps, and MVB is better than Nuss. Its just the truth

Honestly, I hope Nuss lights up Bama, then opts out while giving you people the finger.

I’m all for it. Nussmeier crying like a woman on the field against Vanderbilt was the final nail in the coffin for his soft arse.

The problem is that MVB is staring at losing a year of eligibility to play in meaningless games...in the NIL era, that is $$$ lost...he can play in two more games if he wants to keep his redshirt.

Sucks that he is going to be put in a tough situation...

Wouldn't it be some shite if MVB is the starter and we beat Bama in their own stadium?

That would be the most BK thing ever.

I mean if he starts there is a real chance of that happening.

We play them well on the road.
Mobile QBs give them trouble.
Not much recent tape on MVB.

And the team will be motivated and reinvigorated in a way they would not have been otherwise.

Non-zero chance.

He can’t do much behind this OL.

Many coaches have been wanting MVB to start. Sloan & Kelly said no.

Start Nuss but the first time he gets up limping replace him. Either he’s injured or he’s

100%. If he falls down and has to limp off the field, he needs to be replaced at that point.
