Under Orgeron, LSU before last night has won only 2 of 11 games when trailing at halftime (make that 2 of 12).

Pretty solid evidence that halftime adjustments do not happen under Ed Orgeron.

He needs to be the head coach in name only and for recruiting top 5 classes.

I am not certain how he has gotten a reputation for being a great recruiter. He has not recruited nearly well enough on the lines of scrimmage. Miles was a better recruiter IMHO.

Miles couldn't do it consistently, only Orgeron has been able to do that. Miles would have a top 5 then drop to a 12 ranked class. O is about to do it 3 years in a row!

That's pretty much what he already is. That's why all you ever see h doing is walking around clapping and yelling "let's go"

Recruiting too many skill position players so that your recruiting class is ranked higher does not make you a better recruiter.

Being a great recruiter requires that your teams needs are filled.

No no. That wasn't 2 of 11 (which would be a 2 and 9 record). It was a 2 and 11 record when trailing at half time. Make it 2 and 12 now.

Lol get him outta here. At best hes a Dline coach and head recruiter. If he would step back into one of those roles he can stay...otherwise he needs to go.

I couldn't care less if were # 1 or #25 in recruiting as long as were assessing these players the right way and developing them. I cant tell if some of these juniors and seniors are better or worse since becoming a Tiger. An ominous sign of whats to come.

Not if they keep putting up 5 win seasons. Kids have short attention span, if LSU doesn't win and doesn't put kids in the NFL soon they will stop coming.

That’s awesome. Too bad he’s not worth a frick as a coach.

Disgusting.

Also, just for the sake of argument, remove the seasons he had Aranda as DC and let’s see how good his overall record including Ole Miss is as a HC. I don’t know that number but it’s pathetic

You probably need to really fact check before posting stuff. Check out the downvotes you got from your post.

Miles did so many things poorly, but recruiting wasn’t one of them. He built that 1990 colorado Buff team that won a national championship by convincing kids from Cali to go to Boulder. He could literally sell ice to an Eskimo.
