mean he wasn't guarding the guys. There Wr's were better than our Db's, not much you can do about that. Look what we did to good teams last year where we had that advantage.

You may have a point if Bo exhausted all resources (Or just one change to start with even) and we just didn’t have an answer for their WR. But we didn’t change a single thing despite 60 minutes worth of proof that our DB’s couldn’t play press man.

That’s on coaching. Plain and simple. Our DB’s weren’t good but they also were severely let down by a coach who failed to do anything to try to help them.

Flott looked dinged up in the second half

The safety’s played worse than the cb’s. Hampton looked lost and Harris is slow and can’t tackle.

The secondary as a whole looked terrible in coverage. Ricks was the best but gave up the big play TD gambling for a Pick/PBU. Ward looked lost and slow. Flott was disappointing and was a step slow. Stevens even looked slower than last year in coverage. Harris can’t tackle to save his life. Hampton who I was excited about missed a couple tackles and was out of position a few times. And Evans had one of the worst halves from a defensive back I’ve ever seen wear an LSU uniform he’s in way over his head.

That’s the hope his measurements are near identical to greedy. Has the same smooth coverage style but lacks Greedys ball skills. Still flott still has an high ceiling and hopefully he shakes it off and plays to his ceiling

He was not prepared, O said the game plan was to play man in his interview yesterday. That's not how washington kicked Leach's arse every single year!

So either Bo is an idiot or a yes man and O is calling the defense..

Can believe the Defense backs don't look back for the ball ????? They just watch the receivers catch the ball !

Should we base all of our defense on what Washington does? Our personnel is completely different from theirs. A bunch of freshman and sophomores with talent who have never played before. IMO running man was the only option with our personnel and hoping our guys were just better than theirs, but unfortunately they weren't.

He played well last year when he was between Stingley and Fulton. I hope he will play that well again between Stingley and Ricks. He seems to fit best in that role. Stingley and Ricks look to be the best cb tandem pretty soon - if not the two best overall. Flott just needs to do what he did last year - the outside is well manned.

The most disappointing and puzzling thing I saw was from a different CB. On the last TD, Ward played off the receiver, but he just stood there until the receiver got even with him with a full head of steam and it was over. Why was Ward just standing there waiting for him? Why do they practice that back-peddling drill all the time if they don't use it when it counts?
He is recovering from a torn meniscus and was not slated to go or practiced for 14 days.

Evans should not be on that field. Period.
