Oh without question. The OU people in my section for the 03 game were actually really football savvy and weren’t bad sports at all. 99% of the Clemson people are like whiney safe space people.

But never once before, during or after the game were the fans I encountered the least bit out of line. I'm talking about NOT THE LEAST BIT OUT OF LINE. Going into the Superdome, watching the game with LSU fans behind me, leaving the game and spending couple of hours in the French Quarter afterwards did I see, here or feel anything at all from the LSU fan base other than they love their team and they celebrated their win with joy and with no animosity at all.
My experience was so uniformly good, I disbelieve all the horror tails being told. I have been in the company of dozen or so Clemson fans all weekend. Over coffee at Cafe DuMonde, we agreed the stories about obnoxious LSU fans are mythical more than real.
Folks if you had some big hard time fitting in and feeling good about LSU fans, I think you might ought to look in the mirror.

Whoa whoa whoa...nobody is a whinier bunch than OU fans. They have, bar none, the WORST Napoleon complex in all of college football. Sooners make Bama fans seem like prestigious Oxford scholars.
