More financially smart to get kicked out instead of leaving

Thinking longer term, the situation is not sustainable. The SEC will always think they “won”. And, LSU will always be portrayed as “lucky” to be allowed to stay. Both are BS. And, that’s before the threat of bad calls, overhang of future threats, etc.
It’s over. The relationship cannot be repaired, unfortunately.
So, it’s time to move on. And, to determine the best outcome financially, it seems like it would be more financially beneficial to get kicked out than quitting.
Getting kicked out would translate to lawsuits, HUGE damages to LSU, etc. Quitting down the road would result in LSU paying contract breakage fees, etc.
We need to think longer-term. Thanks to Sankey, LSU will be portrayed as a second class member. And, we will feel that way. While it wasn’t our doing, it’s time to think longer-term.
Boat load of money plus Big 10 or ACC would be just fine.
