From Cody Worsham

Dylan Crews leads the nation in:

- Average (.531)
- On base percentage (.658)
- Runs (46)
- wOBA (.687)
- wRC (45)
- wRAA (27)
- wRC+ (254)

He's 2nd in slugging (.988) and OPS (1.645), and if he went hitless in his next 60 at bats, he'd still be hitting .304

Dylan Crews has:

- 9 homers
- 10 doubles
- 26 walks

And has only K'd 12 times all year.

He's got a 22-game hit streak, a 28-game on base streak dating back to last season, and he has reached base in all but 7 of his 149 career games.

We are witnessing historic greatness.

Ive legitimately run out of ways to describe it.

Im trying to express to my 14 year old nephew how important it is for him to watch this team closely this year, just to be able to say he saw Crews and Skenes on the same team.

Crazy that he goes 2 for 4 and his average goes down. 2 for 4 is a damn good day at the plate

I’m guessing Cagliaone at Florida. Don’t know that for sure but that dude went on a homerun tear early in the season.

Out of all those numbers, reaching base in all but 7 of his career games has to be the most insane. Mama, there go that man

Luke Cantwell from Fairleigh Dickinson. Half the at bats as Crews, maybe he's hurt or something

Possibly even more insane than that is the wRC+ of 254. For those that don't know that stands for weighted runs created. 100 being average, meaning he creates runs at 154% more than the average D1 player. I'm not sure I could even do that on a video game

Not to be that guy, but I don't think this particular stat is crazy.

I’m happy for Crews that he’s leading the nation in pretty much everything. Dude is probably the best LSU player ever at this point.

But man do I fricking hate these bullshite stats.

You have every right to fricking hate them but they’re certainly not bullshite.

It’s crazy when you consider how many extra base hits he has. Most guys that don’t strike out a lot are slap hitting singles hitters. Look at what his batting average is on balls he puts in play. The kid just hits everything so hard. The ball explodes off of his bat.
