The Saints could have potentially two more victories this season but….RG didn’t like the fan base standing up to him over the no call.

A vocal fan base at the time created enough backlash that the Rams Patriots Superbowl was the lowest rated game in the last ten years.

The script called for the Rams to win the Superbowl in a new city, a new market, and a new stadium.

Since the Saints fan base made such a stink, the NFL flipped the script for a Patriots victory.

If the Rams had beaten the Patriots, Saints fans would have had a good argument that they deserved the Superbowl.

RG is not punishing the Saints organization and ownership. RG is punishing the Saints fan base for exposing the NFL for game rigging.

The intent is break the Saints fan base and disillusion them. Ultimately, RG does want to relocate the team.

For one shining moment, Saints fans pulled the curtain back and showed everyone how the sausage is made.
