She just seems like an attention whore to me, plain and simple. If you want to buy the "it;s her dream" thing, fine, I just don't personally believe that to be true

In full disclosure, I know the girl. Not well, but we've talked several times, and she did one of the most awesome things I've ever seen to benefit one of my family members. She knows it's a ridiculous long shot, but she truly believes she can compete, she works hard as frick, and she is accepted by every football player I've seen near her.

I said "covering" her. As in "media coverage." Your issue was

quote:

because it wouldn't be on the news because ... Female soccer player tries to walk on as the 5th string kicker, national news rounds and TV shows.

i think she's getting annoying and is an attention whore.

Pretty judgemental thing to say when you really have no grounds, just speculation.

He was calling her out for being an attention whore. I was just saying she's a genuine person.

Wow she barely made a 53 yard field goal after how many tries? Good college kickers can make 60+ yarders in practice. She can go walk on at mississippi college and be their best kicker. But at LSU, I guarantee she cant kick better than the men on the team. Sorry....

Didn't realize that a simple thread would start a shite storm.

Whether or not Mo deserves to make the team or not is a different subject but she is an outstanding representative of LSU.

I was surprised the other day looking at the roster, that evidently the football team has players called walk-ons. These guys have no shot at playing, I have no idea why the coaches would let them on the team, the should be a freakin' Sam Houston State or some shite, NOT LSU!!!

Great for her, and more power to her. And anyone who thinks otherwise, may want to get over their mother issues.

She should try out as the mascot. Great personality, animated, big, athletic and strong as frick so she could pick up all the kids and stuff. And she'd get to stay around the lsu program / football team.

I hope she is good enough to make the team on her kicking abilities.

To those that say football and women don't mix! Why does it bother you that a female might be good enough to make the team? Do you think she should be told no whereas if she was a guy she would be told yes! You think this is right???

As to the people saying they are tired of her mentioning God. The word God is suppose to be capitalized. And if it offends you to hear that... well then you have problems.

I'm still confused as to when her dream became to play college football?

Probably at some point before she decided to try out.

Probably every single player on our MENS soccer team could kick a 50 harder with a little practice.....

Mo is a great person and LSU ambassador. That said, she shouldn't be out there. It's a waste of time and everyone knows it and thinks it, some just are scared to say it.

She didn't do what the rest if the team did during the offseason. But she wants to make a show now?

We love ya, but it's time to go Mo....
