didnt somebody post on here a while back sayin that they spoke to DJ's family and fiance' and they all said he was coming back but def. leaving after next season??? regardless, congrats to DJ! ill miss watching him. those 2 catches this weeekend were ridiculous.

97-98% of everyone drafted in the first nine rounds of the draft last year eventually took the money and turned pro.

Never was a Cubs fan, but damn if they aren't making a push for my support!
DJ is gone. 2nd round money is significant. I'll be happy if I'm wrong, but a high pick to the Cubs would be hard to turn down.
As for ZVR, my gut was that he needed to go in the 3rd round or better to sign. He didn't.

When is the deadline for the college and high school players if they go pro or not? I believe once they enroll and go to class, that they cannot go pro.
