Honestly I didn't realize marruci had as much of a presence in the majors as I don't follow them as much as lsu baseball. Makes me think they have alot more money than some of the other baseball gear companies.

I’m pretty sure that Marucci made its name with the wood bat. And is the most used bat in MLB.

Vol fans will have another TV slob-fest over this, but recruiting too many guys who are projected this high is a stupid waste of time. You shoot for a couple who you hope might fall and end up on campus, but it’s much smarter to aim a little lower for guys on the borderline you have a real shot at and a few more just below that who you know will make it to campus.
