at least you are honest and admit yours is a theory and not a fact like a lot of yo-yos on here. and I like your theory.

I have a theory also and it doesn't conflict with yours. my theory is that Canada is one of these guys that just doesn't like having a boss. I've had a couple of guys like that in my management career. in my case, and it could be that here also, is that the employee begins to spread his dissatisfaction amongst other employees and causes a lot of discord in the organization. that simply cannot be allowed as it will fester and the goals of the organization will suffer.

I don't know if either, both or neither of our theories are correct but I do know that O made a special point to say publically that "he was the boss". to make that statement tells me Canada was trying to be the boss. O needs to straighten him out or get rid of him and it appears that is what's happening.
