I don't think he plays unless one or more of the other RBs are injured and the game is on the line.

Then you must not know what "withheld from play" means...

He had been withheld from play for months

I doubt that he gets to start, but could see him playing a few snaps.

I just don't think there is any reason to give him a few snaps. We have a few cupcake games after this, let him get his warm up carries there. Blue and Hilliard will hold it down Saturday. Let Hill dress, but not play.

We have had games in the last few months?

"Withheld from play" was the term Miles used for the Mathieu/Ware fiasco. He never said those guys were suspended....just that they were "withheld from play"...ie the Auburn game.

You have been extremely adamant about him playing this first game, but I guarantee you he will not see the field.
I got a name change BTW

Les got testy a bit. Its all gamesmanship amongst caches. I really believe if it was North Texas instead of Tcu that Miles would have completely ruled Hill out of playing. Miles ain't crazy. New offense...New starters...New faces....shiiiid I wouldn't show my hand either.

Completely false. This has nothing to do with it. Miles has always been odd and cryptic about suspensions/withheld from play/etc. It is his team and he doesn't want to divulge discipline action to the public, which is fine with me. It is none of our business. When was the last time Miles said any specific player was "suspended" from games?

He divulged TM punishment to the public. So Cam gonna run the exact same offense as last year?? No new terminology or nuances or anything remotely different from last year? If it was Townsen instead of TCU, Everybody this same of the amazon would know Hill would  not be playing on Saturday. Miles not showing his hand.

He announced that he'd been kicked off the team, to my knowledge the school never gave the specifics of what happened.

if ware, simon and mathieu were withheald from the auburn game for doing something that wasn't even technically illegal, but jeremy hill doesn't miss a game for blindsiding some dude, then that is chickenshit.

what the F do you even mean? he played in the spring game and had to sit out some of the fall camp. do you really think that's equivalent to missing an SEC game?

He just did this to offset TCU not name the starter at QB
If we can see through it, I'm pretty sure TCU can. Miles isn't fooling anyone. He tries to be too cute by half and fails.

Pretty sure he announced that JJ was suspended and also announced when he was eligible again.

this. He has put together a great program but he comes off as a straight d-bag in press conferences. I can't see why he wouldn't just answer or say "no comment" to such an obvious and simple question.

But Patterson can back track after saying fields was suspended only to later say "you will see come gametime" on whether or not he will play? All just to mock miles and LSU after he criticized that exact move weeks earlier
