yeah the way his mom reacted to the news, is gonna be hard on the guy, i think miles still has an in home visit with him, sounds like a good time to get them on the same page

I would say the better recruiter is the coach who finds talent in the 2*/3* prospect nobody else wants, and turns him into a household name and heisman finalist.

Miles and his staff find hidden talent better than Saban. TM7, Mo Claiborne, and I could go on and on. They don't have to be pushed in our face on ESPN to be talented.

Saban is the best recruiter in college football.

But to say that Miles is not even close ............

Miles also has some really good recruiting classes

I would say this is the reason Miles is a much better coach, just seems like the top prospects duck us for bama

ESPN has LSU ranked #11 right now, which at glance seems worrisome. Until you look at last year. The class that produced Hillard, Landry, Freak, OBJ, Collins, Mett, etc. was ranked 10th.
Don't get caught up in the rankings, look at the players and who LSU is fighting with to get them. When the majority of our classes are against the ULL and UAB's of the world, then it's time to worry.
