A wildcat is so not going to happen. Neither is an end around or a quick pass to a slot receiver.

I think a far better solution is a bubble screen which I also don't think would happen.

Ok. When has anything Miles said is going to happen on offense ever happened? Seriously. Jesus christ. You'd think after what, his 6th year here people could see through his media talk?

Yeah, the frickin' wildcat is the answer to our abysmal offense!

What do think the chances of Ware in the wildcat being successful are?

Not trying to ba a smart arse. But the chances are slim and none with the USCe defense.

Pasing 20 plus yards plays is our salvation.

Interesting that an LSU fan doesn't know when the current HC in football arrived.

Miles came in 05.

Why not have Ware in the Wildcat with Shepard sweeping right/left every snap?

At least keep them guessing...

Ware played QB in high school right? Shep played QB in high school right?

Ware QB, Shep in motion, either could pass. It would really frick with the defense.

Ford could be the RB for the option play... OMG WE'RE ON TO SOMETHING BIG FOLKS

This tactic has been easily Miles' worst tactic next to his bullshite language he makes up every morning.

Also, you can't tell me almost every coach in college football wouldn't have been running the wildcat with Russell Shepard from day 1 of his freshman year. We are so screwed Saturday.

That title does not go with that quote. By saying that LSU thinks about the Wildcat means that he sees it all the time on the Rant.

quote:

We have to get Spencer Ware more touches on offense

I seem to recall Les saying that they had a whole set of plays for Lee in the BCS game too...

The title doesn't necessarily say when to expect it, but it sounds obvious to me that it's something Miles wants to do and you can expect to see it at some point.

I would bet a hefty sum that you will see it this weekend.

But the other point of the thread was to ask if you think it will be successful and/or do you need a legitimate passing threat to run the wildcat?

Whats funny is oeople wanted us to pass more, well currently we are 58/42 run vs pass. Now we want to run it more? Ive already heard turds on the radio saying they should give bolden snaps. Our fanbase has gone full retard.
