Tears of joy I hope. Or are you one of those who cry when LSU wins? They are called Ole Miss fans.

Did he call you a douche bag?

If not, let me do the honors.

You're a douche bag

I'll cry if Crowton stays. They won't be tears of joy either.

Tears of disgust while enjoying winning, I am not a sunshine pumper like the Miles fans. Hope he wins them all, but in the moments of his closest wins logic tells me that a time will come when they turn into defeats.

that's not at all what he said. He said people who cry may become people who boo.

These are college kids. I have a rule of thumb: if they don't draw a paycheck, booing is off limits.

Now, when Auburn comes to town, all bets are off.

Thats a shame cause with 62-17, 4 of 6 years with 11 wins, 4 of 6 seasons with a NR of #8 or higher, and 5-1 in bowls there has never been a time in LSU history with more sunshine to be pumped.

How sweet it is to be a Tiger fan!!!

One more year of winning & you & Lesser Earl's theory can be declared legally dead.

Like I said I hope Les wins them all and continues to do so, but dont ridicule me because I and others tend to agree that Les' style flirts dangerously with disaster.

Good point. LSU fans are tired of those 6 losing seasons.

Hell no, I expect AU,UA,Fla, to be close and occassionaly having to find a way to win games against the lesser. However I do not expect teams that are not at our level giving us close games consistently like they have in the last several years.

All of them have been close?
LSU hasn't blown out anybody in the past 6 years?

quote:

I am against booing. Booing is not something that I have ever done nor that I understand. It’s the antithesis, that means the opposite, of positive. Booing is completely and entirely negative, but somebody spoke about another great institution that was not having a great year and said that in fact there was not any of that in the crowd. I smiled and gave thought to that.

First of all, I said, ‘How positive that is that those people did not do that.’ Then I thought about my stadium, and I said, ‘I bet you those people don’t scream loudly when a great play is made. I bet you those people don’t show up at the walk. I bet you those people don’t sing the alma mater at the end of the game, and I bet you those people don’t have tears in their eyes when the Tigers take the field.’

I began to understand that as a part of love and appreciation for a team, just occasionally 2,500 knuckleheads might boo. I think I might want to be at a place where they care greatly for the work that you do, and that it’s important that you do it well.

If that means that very rarely one or two guys might boo, I kind of understand.

people who boo are many times the people who care the most because they get so frustrated by the shite happening on the field and know it could be better.

This is true.

But they are also miserable, miserable people.

I can finally say that i disagree with Miles on a fan issue.
