Hammond tiger I agree. SIGNS. If I was at the gamed I would have booed too! but watching it on Tv I felt bad for the players. I felt JJ played his but off last week for us??? But I would like to see JLee or Spencer Ware or my favorite option Shepard take a few.

You sir are exactly right!!
When we pay what we pay for tickets, concessions, PARKING FEES, and everything else if he really "has a want to stop the booing" let him take a pay cut!!

If not shut up. I didn't and will not boo but understand why some do!!

If they saw the misuse of our talent on offense, they already know that Miles is an idiot.

Miles calling out fans

Hey Miles, I'm BOOING YOU, you weirdo!

The booing, for most, is a continuation of the last three years of the coaching on offense plus the defense in 2008. All we hear is "We certainly will take a look and we will improve." Well at this point, people are fed up. There is not a lot of faith that this problem will get fixed. No one believes that Jefferson and all the players aren't trying very hard. But when once you get out of middle school, trying very hard doesn't cut it.

I am disappointed MIles and Crowton continue to put Jefferson in a position to fail. Coaching is giving your players the opportunity to succeed individually and as a team. They have failed miserably with the offense. To ask fans not to be exasperated with this is unrealistic.

Most fans are probably booing Miles but the kids don't see it that way.

I completely agree.

You can't channel or target your boos from the stands...they mingle with the boos of others and crash down on the entire team.

I understand the frustration, but it really doesn't help the play on the field.

My guess is that there is a distinct demographic to the booing crowd. Statistically, the propensity to BOO is probably a function of youth(-), education(-), blood alcohol level(+), and previous football experience(-).

Remember that could be your kid or grandchild on the field.
This is the key reason not to boo. When you're young, don't have kids, you don't realize this. Later you will. There are other ways to show your dissatisfaction...stay home, don't buy tickets, team gear, etc.

Also, my guess is that fans who BOO are more likely to be the ones in favor of the YOU SUCK cheer.

Again, everyone is frustrated, - and yes, that includes Miles.

I don't think anyone is content with the offense, but I don't see many coaches besides Spurrier or a coach who has a breakdown say, "our offense sucks." I'm not even going to guess what he was trying to say, but I'm pretty sure he's not happy with the lack of production.

I don't think Miles is content with the offense, but he's not going to change anything until we lose. Since we are 4-0, in his mind we are doing everything right.

Les is correct...when you boo the players hear it. They dont know who you are directing it to. All I know is that we are 4-0 inspite of our qb play. Ask Texas what position they would like to be in this time of year.I cant speak for the rest of LSU fans, but we are witnessing a pretty damn good defense shutting down other teams and probably watching several of the best defensive players in the country. This team reminds me of the Baltimore Ravens back in the day when they won with defense in spite of their offense. Quit booing and enjoy your monday morning coffee.

If only that were true. You are speaking from your point of view but I guarantee you there are plenty of so called fans booing the kid.
