He better have some spin ready to explain your D giving up 23 pts and 478 yds against an 0-15 team who hasn't had a winning record since '02.

Yeah its not like he was playing down the road with a team like say San Jose State and was trailing in the first quarter to an average coach with run of the mill players - Now that takes spiin

Like they'd want him. THey do want a Michigan man, and that man is Jim Harbaugh.

Plus, Michigan would've stomped our asses today.

To be fair, the last touchdown was total BS. Every single down had a blatant false start on it

So true,,,the right end false started every time The refs wanted to end the game

Now you're running 1st qtr smack?

I believe those run of the mil players were held to 0.3 yds per rush and 121 total yds, while the run of the mill players you faced - who haven't won since '07 - hung 478 yds on your 'vaunted' D.

What a life one must lead to spend their time on a website for an opposing team they despise...

i dont recall saban ever blaming external factors. I see where the positigers get all their excuses for piss poor play from and how les has never actually lost a game.

No, he'd just blame the players themselves. Take his cock out of your mouth. It's been 5 years. He doesn't love you anymore. You just look sad.

poeple put to much on getting acclimated. It is all mental and football player are soldier and you don't not let winning and losing come down to rather you were comfortable or discomfortable. Its all about the mentally.Take it from a military guy

He is just using coachspeak for the media.

Nah, most coaches to not start things using wimpy external factors as excuses. It was not Hurricane Katrina. It was a five hour plane ride and two hour time differential.

how about other coaches that blame external factors? I only used saban bc he was here so we heard plenty of pressers from him. Does petey blame travel for any bad play? Miles doesnt have to throw players under the bus. He could throw himself under the bus and say he didn't have the team prepared. Id rather that than him tell the media LSU can handle flying

Hey Trojan fan -- Just imagine if Locker would have played half as well on Sept. 29, 2007 as he did last night.

I wish he had not mentioned ANY of those things.
Truth. Even the Bear would have owned the lack of execution and listless game plan. Excuses are not the building blocks of championship teams.

I didn't hear the quote, so I don't know the context, but I agree that blaming external factors for anything is weak sauce.

Sorry for jumping the gun on the Saban thing, but it just bothers me that he's so deified by our fanbase. We only remember the good and even imagine things that never even happened in order to create this perfect mythical figure that never actually existed in reality.
