Actually, the germ of a good idea. Build a little trap door big enough to stick your head or arm through, but not big enough for Mike to crawl through, of course. Mike should be in the stadium. Giving him an option will just train him not to fricking get in the trailer.

Just wanted to add that I believe they use to use a small dose of tranquilizer to get him into his cage, but they stopped doing that.
