Will surprise us this year; make a few more threes and cut down on the turnovers.
Hopefully

They are much improved, but still have a way to go.

If Jordan wright can go super Saiyan every game then yes.

But giving up 96 just can't happen going forward

The team makes the same mistakes over and over again. They aren’t improved. Y’all are both clueless.

They didn't decide to play defense until the second half. They still gave up a ton of points but they were active and energetic.

I don't understand why they can't come out and play like that from the get-go

McMahon is now 5-21 vs major conference opponents with the vast majority of those losses being by 10+ points…including today.

Sorry, but there is little reason to be optimistic. For the first time in forever the opponent didn’t attempt more FGs than LSU. The turnovers and rebounds were pretty even. LSU made 11 threes, which might be a season high…and still had to fight to “only” lose by 11 because they were terrible defensively.

The only staple of McMahon’s tenure is that his teams do nothing consistently well. There may be games where they are ok offensively (like today). There may be some where they are ok defensively. But almost NEVER do they put both together and string together multiple games of good play on either side of the ball. The record speaks for itself. He has a .238 winning % against good competition, en route to literally being the worst HC in 50 years…maybe ever.

He’s lost ANY and ALL benefit of the doubt. Until he actually starts doing so, I refuse to believe he is capable of beating good competition

They will struggle to win an SEC game.
