link? the bears site says they still have 5 cuts to make.
eta: i guess them cutting allen pretty much makes it guaranteed i guess. but they arent done cutting players i dont believe.

The Bears still have five cuts to make, per the local media here in Chicago. However, Ford effectively made the team when allen was cut. Toliver hasn't been cut yet, but he is projected to be one of the final five released according to the Tribune. If that happens, hopefully he makes the practice squad.
