My favorite quote...

quote:

I mean if we were a fellow $EC team we may not care. We aren't though. We have integrity it's not fair to us or any other clean team to have to deal with dirty teams. That's just reality.

Ah yes, the MSU athletic program, the bastion of cleanliness and integrity.

They make no sense. Are we so good bc of our cheating that it’s unfair to play us? Or are they going to beat us with ease Bc we play in the shite SEC and can’t handle the Izzo God?

You’d think they were being forced to play an extra game or something. If they weren’t playing us they’d be playing someone equally as good. Would it be better for them if they were playing Purdue? fricking dumbasses

Hopefully the refs call some hand checks on them because they clutch and grab in your face every single defensive possession it seems like.

I find this humorous as this to me personifies every Tom Izzo team I've ever watched. It's their M.O.

It will be interesting to see how the foul situation plays out. Michigan State and Tom Izzo have actually adjusted to the way the game is now called.

They still foul, but have been better about committing the really bad fouls. No guarantee that will continue this week, but they have improved.

At the end of the day.. can LSU make 3 or 4 more three point shots than we have been. How many homer calls do the refs give Izzo? Will the refs let us get to the free throw line. How much does our bench beat their bench. Any way. Very winnable game. MSU properly favored..I guess. Kind of interesting that the SEC champion is a pretty heavy underdog to the big ten champ. More SEC teams moved forward than big ten teams. WW or not we have been pretty much dismissed by the national: media. Whatever

I like our chances on a neutral site as long as the refs allow them to play and bang the boards without calling every ticky tack foul. I like our bench with Smart/ Williams/ Days to give us quality minutes.

I watch a lot of B10 hoops. I just like how teams like Michigan and Michigan State play the game. Of course, it certainly helps that they’ve got 2 of the best coaches in the game. I picked MSU to win it all weeks ago. If we can somehow pull it off, we will beat Duke
