Nah it probably is blue. I have seen several different LSU hats in blue. I dont really care for them, but I guess some people buy them.

Ever since I was a kid in the 70s, going to the Union bookstore, I would see navy blue sweats and t-shirts and thought how weird that was. No one seemed to know back then either.

best action fb shot ever! came down to that 2003 uga game with 2 buddies who are uga grads. one of the best weekends of my life. got to run my mouth twice that year. i want that skyler pic in a frame. do they still sell it?

Ive always heard LSU's original colors were going to be Navy and White untill something (thank god) changed it. Ive always thought thats why the blue stuff was sold could be wrong though.

LSU's original colors were blue and white... they changed em to purple and gold in the early 20th century because they were playing Tulane and wanted more of a Louisiana feel. Tulane already had green, so LSU took purple and gold.
