Nuss's issues are for BK to fix or change him out. As of now I do not blame Sloan. We will see how BK manages this issue from here on.

In Sloan"s job regarding Nuss...scheme around his many short comings. Thus far Sloan has failed miserably.

Is it Nuss's fault that the O is designed for a mobile QB who needs to run at times? Is it Nuss's fault that the OL is flat out confused as to what their assignments are?

Nuss may be A problem, but Sloan and Davis are THE problem. The offense is poorly designed and called and the players don't trust it.

Remember how lost the D looked under House?

Nope don't agree with you just yet. My stance is until either Nuss gets way better OR MVB comes in and does what Nuss doesn't do I will blame BK and Nuss if the offense doesn't improve.

When will the overall success of the OFFENSE be the responsibility of the OFFENSIVE coordinator, in your book?

You seem to want to find anyway to defend Sloan here. Is it never going to be on him?

Cannot the OC replace the QB? WTF? If its my arse on the line, Nuss is sitting.

OK I will play your silly game. So does Sloan get the credit for us being 4-1. Did you credit Sloan for us beating Ole Miss last year and Nuss throwing for over 4,000 yds in 2024? If the OC as you say gets the blame for the offense losing does Sloan get the credit for the 4 wins? Until the QB play improves and the OL improves I can't blame Sloan for the offenses issues yet.

This just shows me you never played the game or just don't know much about college coaching. ONLY THE HEAD COACH HAS THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE QB'S. SLOAN CAN SUGGEST ONLY.

BTW BK should have let MVB take a turn at QB against Ole Miss. Don't know why he didn't make the change.

No. That's silly. The offense has sucked in all 4 games ( I'm not count SLU). We have 3 wins because of the defense. Anyone with half a brain can see that.

Yes, he deserves credit for the offense doing well. I'm not sure what this game you're trying to play is. So I will spell it out.

The OFFENSIVE coordinator is responsible for the OFFENSE and its results. Good or bad.

Offense bad - Sloan
Offense good - Sloan

Can you agree?

STFU. When he constantly has to back peddle because his offensive line won’t push anyone forward and there’s 8 defenders dropping back, all his receivers are at least double covered. I watched two defenders smoke 4 offensive linemen to go after Nuss.

You forgot his one accomplishment: Almost signed Bryce Underwood

Sloan was also the reason LSU got Blake Baker.

I listened to the game on Sirius, during the pre-game dribble the announcers kept harping on how bad the OM rush defense was and we should expect to run over them like crazy

Cannot agree at all. So Sloan is responsible if lineman miss blocks?, if Nuss overthrow's or underthrow's the recievers?, is Nuss throws an interspception?, if recievers drop passes?, is RB's miss the holes?, if Nuss has poor pocket awareness and scrambles into sacks?, if Nuss refuses to take open lanes to get first downs and kills drives? You tell me if you think Sloan is responsible for this.

He was the best 3rd down QB in the nation last year. Not coincidentally, LSU was the 6th best third down team in the country and the best at 3rd and 7 or more. He and LSU are bad on 3rd down this year.
