True. The amazing thing is that O just isn’t great at the actual HC stuff but these shills are in a constant panic trying to make excuses. We hired a guy that admits he’s not good at the HC stuff but then act as if he might.

Don’t blame me because you don’t have the brain capacity to separate the 2.

I think malzahn’s offense is a great fit for him

Les Miles has players transfer causing depth concerns, and it's a disaster. Orgeron has the same thing happen and it's no big deal.

I've got your narratives separated just fine.

You make it sound like QB is like DL or running back where you rotate guys in. When you recruit two highly rated prospects in the same class there is a good chance one will transfer. You sign two guys with the hope one pans out.

Burrow was an foreseen event. If he doesn’t come the job would be wide open right now and you three quarterbacks more than likely. But either Narcisse or Brennan were gonna transfer at some point.

Are you implying you wish we had kept Miles?

How do you know we won’t? What if Burrow isn’t really that good or gets hurt? You’re comfortable with just Brennan?

You've been placing depth concern blame on Les Miles for two years now.

How many times in football do you hear people say “man I wish we had more QB depth”?

Yea, I blame Miles for depth across a 5 man line, or on a DL that should rotate 8 guys per game, or At LB where there’s 3 spots & rotated players

Just not Orgeron when he goes into a season with only 2 quarterbacks.

Yeah, I've already got it.

Can you think of any time in the last 20 years where we needed a 3rd QB, even in an emergency?

This is incredibly short sighted. Mauck got hurt in 2002, but I guess since we know Randle didn’t get hurt (and was so awesome) that would have been no need for a 3rd QB. And again in 2011 when Jefferson was suspended it was a complete waste to have Mettenberger on the roster right. And of course we were completely covered with Harris and Jennings, nope no need for a 3rd guy. I’ve seen the light having a 3rd string qb is a complete waste!!!

If Burrow & Breenan suck do you want to go to the guys who couldn’t beat them out? Would be nice to have a guy but We’re fricked at that point.

I’m implying it was senseless to pay a guy millions of dollars to keep the same regime in place with a worse CEO up top swams

It’s not totally clear what you are trying to say. But are you trying to say that if our 1st 2 QBs suck it would be nice to have the guy that couldn’t beat them out?

Did Les ever lose two QBs in one day? Asking for a friend.

By George you’re right 2 QBs never got hurt on the same day so of course it’s BEYOND THE REALM OF POSSIBILITY that having a 3rd scholarship QB on the might be handy

Hes trying to say that if the 1st and 2nd string QB get hurt it would be nice to have somebody offered a scholarship playing QB. Its not really that hard to understand.

Behind this OL I think I’d rather a mobile guy like LN.

If burrow goes down you’ve got a pretty skinny QB being protected by a weak OL. Not great

He seems to be saying and I agree with it is that having a third string QB is a good thing. But I don’t agree that it is something to be overly concerned about.
