Dude consistently blocks up everything and soft too. That’s a hard play for any catcher with the back spin on that ball.

I don't remember us being out of position early in the season.
It seems like this shifting is a recent phenomenon. I could be wrong but I don't remember seeing it as much or at all tbh.

Hey coach, play the 2nd baseman in the 2nd base position for standard defense and DP's.
Shift the catcher so our pitchers won't give up so many walks. Move him 5-10 steps it will work, the analytics say it works.
