By all accounts McMillan is a great kid and a a true tiger, but where are people getting the intel that he is anywhere close to Hurts or Pat white? He looked decent in the spring when he was wearing a yellow jersey and could not be hit. In high school he was a winner, but played on a team loaded with D1 talent. He split reps in the state championship with a sophomore.

Why I like McMillan as a servicable qb, and or backup is the fact that he has NOT been processed, and is in the thick of this qb battle. The dumbasses who lime to spew the race baiting horseshite that Scott, and LN never got a fair shot. It is McMillan who got shafted by Les Miles in favor of no talent Brandon Harris.

Why do people always have to turn the QB discussion into race baiting? Hear the same shite on WWL concerning the Saints. Why can’t it just be accepted that some are better at certain positions than others no matter their color?

McMillon was garbage in the spring game. He all of sudden is now a potential starter?

I believe Burrow will be the starter but I'm excited/encouraged by the praise of Narcisse by Orgeron.

Your logic is very flawed. Qe want to love the ball down the field. Not 5 yd dump offs because you struggle reading coverages and finding open guys in space.
As evidenced here, a higher completion average always means shorter throws.

Miles is averaging 20 YDs per completion, Mc is 10 yds.

Nothing opens up the run more than making the safeties stay home and dropping the lb's in coverage.

So much to consider other than just looking at a completion %

This is desperate O hating poppy cock. Orgeron didn't seek Burrow because he thought we sucked at qb. Orgeron and Ensminger were wise to snag Burrow here before anyone else did, and immediately give us true depth at qb. Burrow was indeed a gift, but to desperately try and make out lime Orgeron was scrambling to find a savior at qb is rediculous. Burrow just happen to be there, and this aggressive Orgeron approach to overhauling this roster is why Burrow is here. When this season is a success, Orgeron will have any recruit in America he wants. Word.

McMillan is smart, and poised.

He also won 2 state championships in Texas. I don't get the hate for the kid. He might have been a very late bloomer. He may not be a Heisman candidate, but he'd be an upgrade over anything we've had under center since Mett

I think Narcisse’s stats were better than McMillian’s and Narcisse should see playing time over McMillian. In fact Brennan had better stats than McMillian.

He probably passes batter than Hurts but no way in hell is he the runner Hurts is. If he is, we should have been going wildcat with his arse the last two years.
