No. The guy is very well spoken. He was head of nfl players representative for years. He is future hall of fame o lineman. Have you ever heard him break down assignments? I’d have no issue with his hire.

Sam Pittman would be the best hire.

Fantastic Coach.

Fantastic Recruiter.

Check out who he recruited and is recruiting to UGA.

One of us who is was an incredible offensive linemen at all levels, is well respected by his peers and played a position the required him to make almost as many reads as a QB.

Recruiting is about personality and there is no denying he has personality.

I feel Like he could do it. It’s a position coach not like he has to run the entire team.

I know of a guy with a ton of coaching experience as well as OL coaching experience.

In 2016, Mawae joined the Chicago Bears coaching staff as an assistant offensive line coach.[16] He was not retained by the Bears for the 2017 season.[17]

Yeah let's break the bank for him. Maybe he has a binder too.

I’ve noticed that you keep posting this. What makes you think that we can go steal Georgia’s oline coach?

He has no experience besides a couple months with the Bears and 0 experience recruiting. He'd be another questionable position coach hire on offense(Joseph). If he actually wants the job he should get some solid experience at the collegiate or pro level.

Commitment to winning.

It costs money.

I don't think so.

Unless I misheard, he was on the radio a couple of days ago and mentioned he moved out to Arizona I think.

The guy doesn't sound like he wants the grind of being a coach. I can't blame him.

Go give that interview another listen. He said he'll be at the senior bowl looking to get a job.

He’s making $650k at UGA under Kirby and in the playoffs. I don’t see is paying $800k+ for an OL coach

Rob Sale would leave Arizona today for LSU. This comes from a very reliable source in Monroe.

Inexperienced coach yea, but he’s a future NFL HOFer who also happens to be an alumni and he also has a personality that will allow him to connect with top recruits and their families. He will bring in the talent and has plenty of knowledge for the position, you are just taking a chance on how well he can teach what he knows
