OL is different than other positions because so many great NFL OL develop so much later and come from small schools. The three best OL in the history of the Saints franchise are Willie Roaf, Jahri Evans and Terron Armstead and they went to LA Tech, Bloomsburg and Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Most NFL OLs are filled with dudes from no name schools.

If tampering was as prevalent and easy as you think it is, then Lane Kiffin of all people would not have hesitated to fill our LG and RT spots with All-Americans.
