Matt Mascona's surprising suggestion for OC if Cam bolts...

Matt said that the first call should be to Lane Kiffin. Lane only makes around 700k. It's not like Bama couldn't match an LSU offer. Matt also says that Applewhite should be the second call. At the 5:00 mark.

Alabama's O-line makes Kiffin look a lot better than he is. Easy to run an offense when you have that wall every year.

Like Kiffin or not he was very creative at Bama. Sims became the single season pass leader for them. If Kiffin wanted to come here, I'd be for it. I just don't see that happening.

Kiffin is still being paid by USC. They kept his Alabama salary low so that USC would still have to pay him.
And Kiffin talks to Coach O regularly. The topic of OC has been discussed, but to what extent, I don't know. But this was back in November.

There is no way Les brings a in anybody who won't do exactly what he says. Les ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT give up control of the offense.

Kiffen is legit. He took and under manned UT team and would have beat Saban if the Frickin refs would have called a penalty for fat mount Cody taking his helmet off!!
Dude can call some good plays and excels in creating mismatches. BTW our offense is the worse I've ever seen at creating mismatches.
