...be interested to see what he does without being hamstrung by an overbearing coach. However, I won’t miss all the window dressing.

He just blew down the field running his stuff.

The guy must be a grade a a-hole but his offense is interesting. Wish we could’ve seen another year of it.

The rant has become so predictable. Was watching the Maryland Texas and came here just to see the crying. Of course it’s a huge overreaction because there is a whole entire year of football to be played

I'll be honest, I was a huge Herman fan but he seems to be underwhelming at Texas thus far.

I don't think the guy was an a-hole like some of y'all keep saying. Look, he was hired to be LSU's OC and he wasn't getting that from Orgeron who kept interfering in the guys running of the offense which is why he went to Alleva about it. If you are gonna hire the man to run the O let him run the damn O, and Orgeron promised that he had learned his lesson from his Ole Miss days about trying to do everything instead of letting his coaches coach, and that turned out to be a lie. Wtf does Orgeron know about running an offense anyways?? I'll answer, not a damn thing!

If Canada’s offense is successful negas will lament losing him and claim O limited him. If Texas shuts him down negas will moan about missing out on Herman.
And posis will do the exact opposite
This is a cant win situation- the rant is going to love it

There's a reason 3 schools in 3 years did not fight to keep him there.

I think Canada's in a great position right now. I think he was meant to be a head coach. It's unfortunate circumstances that gave him the opportunity, but I think he'll thrive.

Yeah O better hope this doesn't keep up.

He's going to be answering Canada questions at every press conference. He might beat up a reporter.

Texas has been a bad team for the past 8 years.

He's definitely a great tactical coach. I think you nailed it though. He seems to not get along well with others but maybe as head coach that won't be as much of an issue
