He got his points across: Ole Piss was pissed and was acting pissy, but he understood their pissiness and wasn’t gonna engage in a public pissing contest, including running them down by pumping LSU - Hell, he took the job which speaks volumes all by itself.
Beyond that, I thought it was measured, classy, and totally appropriate - pretty good PR case study, really.

I feel bad for Lane in that interview. You can tell he has PTSD from his past moves and is stressed about the backlash.
