Beating Bama is about winning the SEC West

A fluke win against them in a down year won't make anyone happy

I said this before and I'll say it again for all the LSU fans that are Gumpsessed.

How many times has LSU won every game on their schedule other than Alabama?

How many seasons since 2000 would beating Alabama have made the difference in LSU being a Championship contender or not?

Because 2010 and 2005 were the only two seasons where LSU finished second in the SEC and in both those seasons it wasn't even Alabama that they lost to that made the difference.

Maybe LSU should worry about beating all the other SEC teams on the schedule before they worry about beating Alabama. Alabama isnt the roadblock to LSU being a championship team.

1) Start 3-5
2) Fire O at the bye
3) promote Aranda to interim
4) beat Bama and win 2 of last 3 (fluke loss to A&M)
5) Fire Alleva
6) Destroy bowl opponent
7) promote Aranda
