New Arkansas staff does
Texas does
Miami does
Clemson does
Ohio state did last year.
New Mississippi state staff does
Ole miss does
Penn state does.

More teams have this split than don't
So this talk of it is obvious Raymond is leaving because of the last hire is premature. The talk that this is a weird hire is wrong. There are more dbs on the field during a game for more plays than any other spot. Teams play 5+dbs more than they play base defense.

This was a condition per the re-signing of Aranda...Raymomd is valued and will be on this staff

If you look at the last couple years, we have had safety issues. Not Adams but battle and others have struggled and I'm not blaming Corey for this just saying they may want alot more attention given to these guys. Alot of our blown coverages have been by our safeties the last couple of yeats.

Neither is solid.

It's like a joke at a funeral, doesn't ease the pain, just lightens the mood.
