Should we add to your post " a bunch of white guys {who never played football} on the internet

I do agree that the recruits and players are laughing at most of you who post what they think they know. The players/recruits really could care less what many post. Tiger Lunatik you really are a fan and want the Tiger's to win and would rather admit your wrong than suffer through what Michigan, Texas and Florida along with Tennessee, USC, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Penn State, Florida State and many other programs that once were on top and now fading or faded away. All seem to climb in and out of success but most are still not the dominate programs as before.

Many programs with different AD's and many different coaches and what is the common problem with the decline of each program.

Not negative fans[while unattractive to most], these programs decline due to coaching burnout or a coach that did not adapt and were either forced out or fired.

Finding a coach to replace a legend so to speak is hard to find and all the programs mentioned have failed in some way to find the perfect replacement.

Let's let the season play out and then go from there.

Go Tiger's

With this said and I may be wrong but let's watch the Texas A&M program and the money spent and see if buying a coach is the way out and if so then college athletics is not what it is supposed to be.

I am sorry if you guys disagree but paying a coach 7 million dollars a year with a 70 million dollar buyout is not good business and not the intent of amateur athletics.

Watch what you wish for because if money is the only way to win then college sports is doomed and we the fans will lose in the long run

Of course. If I thought that I had all of the answers, I would be applying for a job in the athletic offense. We all give our opinions on what we think is best for the school that we love so much. Being right matters little in comparison to the success of the school that I was born into loving.

LSU sports is like a family member. You love them and if you think they're messing up, you say so out of love because you want the best for them.

No one has accepted mediocrity you myopic moron! People with a rational brain just understand a few key facts of life:

1. It doesn't matter how much bitching and whining you fricking pea-brain idiots do on forums like this one, it's NOT going to change a motherfricking thing! WHY? Because your fricking 2 CENTS AIN'T WORTH CAMEL CUM Jethro!!!
2. If you really think your opinion is worth a frick and you have half the fricking manhood you want other fricking morons on here to think you have, NUT UP and go tell it to the administration and coaches, FACE TO FACE, and then report back to us with your positive results, instead of spewing your fricking nutless rants in an anonymous ejaculation of internet bravado!
3. The coaches and administration don't give a frick what you think and until you're actually "in charge" of something besides a keypad or keyboard, they never will!

preach.

Miles last full season was essentially a 10 win season minus a cancelled home game..

Was not some rebuild, no matter how much they want it to be.

we still have the season to reserve judgement though.. hope we win out, but the offense is as hard to watch as ever.. the past two games.. the second half of offensive football was unwatchable.. the defense being unreal makes the games at least overall enjoyable.

That was pretty good Lunatik. Does it seem odd to you how all these "brand new" accounts come out swinging.

Most of them don't even test the waters. They just jump right in.

Must be the new marching orders. "Attack and destroy all that question Coach o and his program."

Yep. Been saying it for years. The more things change, the more they remain the same.
Let's talk about exactly how responsible Miles was for the '07 Championship. You could still smell Saban's aftershave...

You’re pretty fixated on male genitalia and cum aren’t you?

Not me baws. I did 500 yards of bear crawls, 1000 yds of sprints and tackled everything I could in my backyard. I’m training hard like any true fan should be doing because god knows I won’t accept mediocrity in the team I cheer for and everything I do will help them win.

If Orgeron wins the national championship next year, would you give Miles credit and discredit Coach O?

What is your answer?

I would credit both.

I would as well. Mostly Orgeron though. It would be 3 years later and it's mostly his players. Even the hold overs would have been coached and developed by Orgeron and his staff.

As much as I love Aranda I really think we need to go outside of the LSU program for our next head coach and have every single coach and staff member fired to fix this all the way down to S&C.

I see your point. I really do.

However, honestly, I'd prefer to be wrong about Aranda and suffer through a couple bad seasons than let who I think could be the next great college football coach slip through our fingers.

Don't let past mistakes lead you into new ones.

Of course you could argue that one should learn from their mistakes. There are no easy answers here.

But there also no elite coaches up for grabs anymore. I guess you could try for Big Game Bob but that's really it and he's no guarantee.

I'd like to take the risk on Aranda personally
