his moron is a stat gazer. I don't think he knows that LF chose to sit out the remaining 3rd and 4th quarter. Pure ignorance
And essentially the second half of Auburn. Fournette could easily have had multiple 300 yard games if he/les wanted

Kansas State is actually a hell of a win. That's a very successful program.

Boykin is a great player, but he also threw 2 ints. LF hasn't turned the ball over. he's only helped his team, not hurt it in the same process.
Posted on 10/11/15 at 9:17 pm to Hodson2Fuller
i think this is a bit of an overreaction but boykin has been amazing. TCU has no defense due to injuries and he has to put them on his back (like LF)
Posted on 10/11/15 at 9:21 pm to Hodson2Fuller
OMG SOMEONE DIDN'T RANK LSU OR LF NUMBER 1 !! GRAB YOUR TORCHES AND PITCHFORKS!!!!
Posted on 10/11/15 at 9:23 pm to SG_Geaux
No one is close to LF. He could have 2 bad games and still be ahead in the race
Posted on 10/11/15 at 9:23 pm to SlowFlowPro
To be honest, I don't even think Boykin is TCU's best player. Doctson has been f'n amazing. He has 50 catches for 877 yards and 10 TD. He has had four straight 100-yard receiving games, each with at least 2 TD's. He's been virtually uncoverable.

If it Goes to best football player it's Fournette and it's not even close.

No worries.? I am picking him up at Newark and driving him to Heisman.
Posted on 10/11/15 at 9:33 pm to Baloo
Id have doctson ahead of boykin as well.

Wow.
In this K state game that apparently propelled him above LF he had 2 INTs and a fumble. Awesome.

Cook should be ahead of him too IMO. But its a long season.
Even with the McNeese cancellation, Cook has basically played 1 less game because of injury in the first quarter at Wake. He got 2 carries for 97 yards and a TD before he went out that game. FSU's offense without him was only able to manage 37 yards on 17 carries the rest of the game.
Cook's 222 rushing yards on 22 attempts, 47 receiving yards, and 3 TDs single handily beat Miami this weekend. 2 of Fournette's similarly huge games have come in games where its not reasonable to say he being replaced by your average top 25 caliber RB would have made the difference..
Cook: 88 carries, 792 yards, 9.0 YPC, 9 TDs, 71 Rec Yds
LF7: 119 carries, 1022 yards, 8.6 YPC, 12 TDs, 41 Rec Yds
Lot of football to be played, but after this weekend, I think Cook has been inarguably more valuable. LF7 is great, but he's got fewer YPC than his backup. Cook's backups haven't been able to run with any kind of success. Definitely not saying Guice is better than LF7, but I think that helps offer a glimpse on how good our line/running system is compared to theirs.
Cook also had 52 of his 88 carries come in his 2 least favorable games for big run days(Miami in a close, relatively low scoring game and South Florida, a team that has allowed 320 rush yards and under 3 YPC in their other 4 games. Their rush D is in the top 20 in the country.) Fournette's carries are pretty evenly distributed against the teams, so compared to Cook, his numbers are inflated by playing against Eastern Michigan(far and away the worst run defense in the country and a team that gave up 550 rush yards to Army the week before), South Carolina, and Auburn(both putrid run defenses.)
Both are close and obviously I care a lot more about how these backs fare against their mutual opponent of Florida and then Alabama and Clemson respectively. Just offering another point of view to this Tiger-centric board who may not have been following the monster of a game that Dalvin just added to his already incredible body of work.

They haven't had a losing season in like 6 years in a very competitive conference. Hell, they've had a few damn good seasons and Snyder is one of the best coaches in the country

Also worth noting for anybody who didnt watch Cook's last game. He left 35 yards and a TD on the table when he pulled up with a hamstring injury after burning the defense. Could have had an even better game

Plays at around :47 seconds, but the whole video is a thing worth seeing.
