He said the starters would be Dural, Diarse, and Quinn against Wisconsin. He could be full of shite but that's what he reported.

He really thinks Quinn starts over Peterson?

I think the ultimate takeaway from this discussion is that we have a a nice trio no matter what at the top.

Dural and Diarse are almost forgotten about with the talk of Quinn, Dupre, Peterson and even Upchurch to an extent. But ultimately, all of us know how talented Quinn is and how game ready he already is. If we couple him with Diarse and Dural, that's an excellent combination of speed, size and polish for us to move the ball on offense when combined with a renewed emphasis on involving the TE in the pass game.

With the QB being able to make plays with his feet, and the running game, we will be fine on offense. If Dupre takes some time moving through the depth chart at receiver then so be it. He'll be fine and so will LSU.

This will all ultimately work out in the wash.

Do you think other FOOTBALL players do not understand that a guy that relies on SPEED and LEAPING ability has to let a hamstring heal?

silliness.

Dupre is NOT "soft". No one on the team thinks he is.

Agreed, and those who pay hurt only shorten their football careers by worsening their injuries.
