cecil collins come out every year. you don't have many guys with a top 5 CFB arm and mobility every year

SFP, Cecil's acceleration is what makes him one of the most talented of all time at the college level. Watch those clips again and look at that explosion, it is unmatched. Even if his top end speed wasn't great.

He was in and out of football for a couple of years, worried about his legal problems, and out of shape at Miami and still he made some great runs against the professionals.

i mean what he did at LSU, MSU, and on the Dolphins compared to what Forte has proven at Tulane and the Bears

RP top 5 arm and top 5 mobility? He was good at both but i dont think his arm was great and he was not all that mobile.

You want to talk about flash in the fricking pan? Alley Broussard is probalby the most overrated player in the history of LSU football. He had 1 good game. That's it. Cecil didn't have many more, though, but I think it's clear he was more talented. Slow, I'm not sure where you're getting your 40 times from, but Cecil clearly had breakaway speed in pads. He could run circles around Alley. He also moved better laterally and ran just as hard. There is nothing AB did better than Cecil.

He is no Vince Young, Tommy Frazier, Eric Crouch, etc...

I have said this before Perriloux was kicked off LSU's team and I will say it again...he did nothing that really made me say WOW.
