Lukewarm Take .. Coach O's Hires

I know the horse is beaten to death on this but it is still mind blowing. We have to be disappointed with all of the hires and process management Coach O and administration has done in a supporting cast. In the years as Oeaux has taken over for Miles, the only quality hire(s) were Joe Brady via Sean Payton and inadvertently DJ Mangas (pending). He's a great recruiter, but at what point do we stop and think about different roles for Coach O? Only time will tell after this year's OC/DC hires...
