This!!! ---- Corey is an excellent recruiter and a hands on coach. Steele wasn't a good hire considering the personnel we have here while trying to run his system. It'd be hard to say give him another year or two to make it work.

I have been saying this for awhile now. we get our high rankings from signing great CB's, RB's and WR's. maybe even qb's at times. but we can't seem to consistently sign OL, DL, LB and heaven forbid TE.
i'm gonna say this; Chief sucked at signing LB's, Haley sucked at signing DL and stud sucked at signing OL. not that we didn't sign SOME damn good ones but we just didn't sign enough consistently. and there very well may be a coaching issue at OL. i'm not qualified to judge but I know what I see. any team with a very good front 7 beat our 7 blockers with regularity.
