LSU's purple uniforms.....

How come LSU never wear their purple uniforms? They only wear them once a year against a team that is an automatic win. How come they don't embrace them just as much as the white uniforms?

Nope, opening home game and all SEC home games are white jerseys. The purples are worn for non conference games that arnt the home opener.

I love the purple jerseys. The last few years they have worn white helmets and white pants...which I hate.
Every other year I message Verge and tell him to wear the Purple Jerseys at home against Alabama. I will do it again this year. We need a change.

Need to break out the purple pants with the traditional white jerseys and LSU gold helmets. We wore them once in a losing effort against Kentucky and we never saw them again since the 90's.

Why such shitty games they get to use the purlpes? How come they cant wear them on a road game to Georgia or Mississippi State or something like that? Do the school have something against them?

The majority of fans prefer the white jerseys. I remember when we had to wear dark jerseys at home games and the fans hated it. LSU would ask the opposing teams to alow LSU to wear white at home. I’d like to see them come out with a purple helmet with the gold LSU logo on it.

LSU should NEVER (by choice) wear anything other than what they wore last night. They are simply the crispest, most beautiful uniforms in sports.
