Ree, There's an article on the 247 site that's titled "Ranking college football's programs on the verge" and it's has a list of ten teams that could be on the verge of becoming elite programs or returning to elite program status. This article was on the CBSSports.com site.
They have LSU ranked #6 on their list, but if I were you Ree, I wouldn't read it.They didn't have anything positive to say about Coach o. As you and your new best friend dizzt might say, they're "haters."
Stop reading this post here Ree, unless you want to be upset at what they had to say in the article. For everyone else, the last couple of sentences in the piece about LSU, they wrote.......
"This job will be much easier and pushed back to the forefront once Saban decides he's had enough at LSU's neighboring rival. And when the Tigers part ways with Ed Orgeron, who isn't the guy to lead LSU back to prominence."

2) 7 wins was not painted as a positive, only that it wouldn’t get O fired. Which I think is true unless there is a changing of the guard in the higher ups

In Miles last full year, the team posted a 9-3 record. The McNeese State game was cancelled. That game gets played, LSU (and Miles) gets 10 wins for the 2015 season.

Everyone with a brain knows LSU wins ten in 2015 if not for the fact the McNeese was canceled.
Seven wins next season should get Alleva out the door because it would be painfully clear to all that he fricked up the fire and hired royally.
