This may have been referenced but this staff now compared to previous, O for Brick, Aranda for Chavis(Arandas been a hit w recruits) and Raymond. With the recruiting/coaching of these 3 & the talent base, this Defense has the potential to be an all time great over the next 3-4 years. Thoughts

Completely agree. The potential for this defense is through the roof. My fingers are crossed that Devin White switches to LB.

That would definitely be a kick start for the D w/ he and Divinity as EEs. I honestly think Aranda wins out and DW flips to LBer. If he does, with he, MD, and Fowler the D could be REALLY good alot quicker than expected. Man I'm already ready already for those spring reports lol

If we are as good as we think we will be on defense next year then Aranda and O will get HC jobs somewhere.

Will be worth it if they bring home a championship. I'm sure Ohio State appreciates Tom Herman for bringing home a natty although leaving for the Houston job

We will keep them for more than one year, good lord some people just hate good news. Look how long Smart waited to take a job, something else is Arandas quiet personality isn't what's usually looked for as HC, I think he needs time to learn before he's ready for that.

No shite. And look, with the talent you get to coach and the salary that LSU is willing to pay, we can just go get the next defensive wizard.

Took Smart that long to break out of the Death Eaters, however he does still have the tattoo so the Dark Lord can summon him.

I think the coaches and White can figure this out. he's the only RB we signed in this class and we may damn well need him for a RB. there are other guys that can switch to LB.

since Aranda is new, it's a perfect time for him to figure the LB situation out. before last year Jones was no great shakes and he exploded this past year. other kids can do that also.

It really is an amazing collection of talent and it will be a pleasure to watch it in the future.

Let the good times roll...

Roddy was outstanding in that All Star game earlier this month and is indeed a recruit overlooked by many. It would not be very surprising if he soon contributes a lot to the defense.

This defensive staff should accomplish a lot with the players returning combined with this new group of recruits.
