Lets just be real, cam is the 1st OC that didn't objectively suck before he came here. and he still got 1 good season of offense out of three.
yeah i think Les meddles, but at the same time we aren't exactly getting all-stars to begin with.

People are fricking delusional if they think a shiny and fancy new OC will suddenly and magically make everything better.
Les has had 5 OCs.
Les is on 3rd in 5 years.
If there is a new one next year, it will be Les' 4th OC in 6 years.
There's a common denominator here....
